Our Shipment Schedule

We typically place a large shipment once per quarter to replenish our commonly stocked items and bring in custom orders.

If you're waiting on a particular product, simply check in with us to find out when the next shipment is expected to arrive. This way we can reserve your stock to guarantee you get it on the next shipment (deposit usually required).

Order Review

We manually review every order before processing payment.

If we identify anything that may affect your order — including product selection, customisation, availability, or shipping requirements — we may contact you to confirm the details before proceeding.

This additional step helps us ensure your order is right from the outset and that there are no unexpected surprises when it comes to delivery.

Delivery & Pick-Up

We always aim to provide the best possible delivery experience while keeping shipping costs reasonable. 

The delivery method used for your order is carefully selected by our warehouse team to consider the requirements of the delivery services available in Aotearoa, the weight and size of your order and access to your delivery address.

  • Freight: Very heavy, oversized orders. Freight deliveries will generally be delivered to the end of your driveway (subject to driveway access and requirements of the delivery service). Customers are responsible for arranging the movement of the equipment from the delivery point into their home or desired location.
  • Mainfreight2Home: Large or heavy products. Delivery will generally be to your door or into your home, subject to access and the requirements of the delivery service.
  • Courier: Used wherever possible for light weight and reasonably sized products that do not exceed courier limitations.

Pick-Up: To pick-up your order from our warehouse in Wiri, Auckland please arranged this with our team by email prior to placing your order.

Pre-Orders/Customizable Orders

Pre-orders, custom orders or for products we don't usually keep in stock, there is typically a 3–4 month lead time. 

For custom orders, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible so we can secure your orders spot in our next shipment. 

Our team is on stand-by to help you build a gym that is unique to your goals and the space you have available. REP aims to provide a highly customizable, modular-like, ecosystem that gives you freedom when it comes to building your dream gym. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch with us and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Pre-orders can be fully customised to suit your requirements, including:

  • Colour: Metallic black, matte black, red, blue, army green, clear coat, stainless steel, white and more 
  • Dimensions: Select your exact upright heights, depth sizes, and post styles (such as 4-post or 6-post configurations)
  • Weight & Storage
  • Attachments: Add modular ecosystem attachments like lat pulldowns, low rows, integrated cable systems (like the Ares), landmines, and weight storage
  • Accessories
  • Additional REP products that are not commonly stocked by us

Expedited orders may be possible depending on the product, availability and production schedule. Expedited requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed with us prior to placing your order.
