Shipping policy

All orders are currently Pre orders or back orders.

Back orders are our normally stocked products, delivery is expected Mid April 2026

Pre orders will generally have a 3-4 month lead time. Pre orders are COMPLETELY customizable. Different colours, different weight selections, LB weights, other Rep products ect. Expediting orders may be feasible but this is on a case by case basis and can be confirmed by email. Please email hello@gymequip.nz for any questions or custom orders.

While we do our best to prioritise customer service when it comes to shipping by avoiding freight where possible some products can only be shipped by freight (Eg all functional trainer systems) will be shipped by freight. This will generally mean they are delivered to the end of your drive way and you will be responsible for getting it into your house.
Other products will generally be delivered by Mainfreight2Home or Courier depending on the size/weight which will generally bring products to your door (or into your home with Mainfreight2Home) 

Note we do check every order manually before processing payments and we may reach out to you if we think there might be an issue with your order or shipping.
