One kettlebell that replaces a rack of eleven. The Freak Athlete Adjustable Kettlebell goes from 12kg to 32kg in 2kg steps, so you can move from warm-ups to heavy swings without filling your floor with bells.
Sold individually. The price is for one kettlebell.
Why you'll like it
Fast weight changes. The weight plates stack inside the shell. Slide the pin through to pick your weight, and the plates you don't need stay on the floor. No tools required.
Small jumps. 2kg increments make it easier to progress steadily on swings, presses, snatches, cleans and goblet squats.
Solid build. Cast iron with a black powder coat, and alignment pins keep every plate locked in place while you train.
